He's been like this for over 24 hours and it looks like it's bleeding. Please help- he is active and vocal I don't know what went wrong!

okay that duck hatched but it really isn't acting normal- it barely eats and drinks, makes a weird gurgling sound, and has dried blood on its nostrils. Whenever it gets a little bit of water on its mouth it takes it a long time of swallowing, and I think I can see its heart beating in its neck- I don't really know what that is. I wish I could post a video of it but I don't know how P_P
I fed him a tiny bit sugar water but I don't know what else to do.. Can someone please help? Thanks?
Also is it normal for a duck to have feathered feet?
