First apply a warm wet wash cloth to his eye for 10 minutes 2 times a day while you hold him in your lap. Watch some TV or some chickens. Then clean any gunk out of the eye with saline eye drops and some cotton ballsor QTips. Then if you have some Terramycin eye ointment, Vetericyn eye gel, or plain Neosporin ointment, apply some to the eye twice a day. He looks like he is breathing with his mouth open. Does he seem to have a respiratory disease with sneezing, gasping, chest rattles, or runny nose? He might benefit from some antibiotic in his water, such as oxytetracycline or some Tylan.
