You may want to add some acv to her water if she is drinking that's good for sour crop I'm going to look at poop chart to see if there is a pic of that.

Acv has been added. Gave her some food options but she hasn't touched them.
The poop looks like coccidiosis. You may want to look it up.

That's what I originally thought, but was then thrown off by the trouble breathing. I didn't know why cocci would make her sound like that?
