Actually, found the source. My trash can. I guess they are maggots and a no go. Disregard.
They are not much different to them than the grubs they dig up and eat.

Maggots are not like candy as candy is loaded with sweets. Maggots are loaded with protein instead. Very good food suppliment.
But, isn't there a caution with maggots if they have been consuming rotten meat?

That's why I tossed them back in the trash can and took it to the street. We can't figure out what they were born in. Too much other safe easy protein around. And I'm usually one to take chances!
