Sick Chicken?

I have this hen, who's probably been with me 2 years or so, maybe a year and a half or so. And today, I noticed that her comb was drooping a little and I'm aware that's usually a sign something is wrong, it seems to happen when something is wrong with mine, so that was my first sign. Then she got into the nest box but stayed there for about an hour or so, I had to take her off, she didn't seem broody at all and actually moved quite slowly, didn't make a fuss at all like usual. I was wondering what could be wrong with her and should I get her check out?

She appears to be a leghorn and it is not at all unusual for their combs to droop. They just grow large ones.

Watch her behavior: is she eating and drinking, is she moving around normally, dust bathing and going about a normal chicken type day? If so I would not worry. If her comb goes pale, that is more likely a sign of illness.

Her comb wasn't drooping yesterday if I remember correctly, I feel like it wouldn't do it so suddenly. It's nice to know her breed though, I wasn't sure.
She was sitting in the nest box for about an hour or so and she appears to be moving around slower. Earlier today she appeared tired, as if she was falling asleep where she was standing and when she was in the nest box I thought she was dead from a distance cause she had her head down.
 
How is she today?

She may have been having a bit of trouble laying her egg, so give her a little extra time in the nesting box.

If she still seems off, then you can try giving her a soak in a warm epsom salts bath, to see if that will help move things along.
Make sure she is drinking plenty of water and eating.

She seems to be doing a lot better today, still seems a bit off, but better than yesterday when she was falling asleep where she was standing. Thanks guys, I'll keep an eye on her, it'd be tragic if I lost one of the last birds to my 1st flock. She didn't lay an egg yesterday so that could be it, she's not much of a good layer though from what I've seen, if she gets in the nest box today I'll be sure to give her time.
