We just finished the coop today. My husband made the ladder and put the side bars for them to sit on today. I have 3 Guineas, 7 hens and 1 rooster. Hope they are ok out there very nervous.

There is ventilation on both sides of the roof. Also there are two windows on the side of the coop. I don't have pics of those but they are covered in hardwire cloth.
