prayer warriors (following Jesus Christ, everyone welcome)

Have any of you been to the Ark or Creation museum in Kentucky? Our church from Minnesota makes a trip there every other year and it's amazing!

Can a baby understand sin? Do you think? I don't....
But I get the fact we are all born sinful, what I can't get is that all the babies that died as infants or were aborted will go to hell. Is this in the Bible anywhere?
Romans 9:11 says, "For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to the election might stand; not of works, but of him that calleth." I was always taught that unborn babies went to heaven, and since they never had the chance to sin, I imagine that God would most certainly have mercy on them. It's suprising how young children can be when they begin to understand sin and disobedience. There's a young girl at my church who isn't even a year old, but I am positive that she knows what disobedience is. She an ornery thing, that's for sure.
BUT
When I look at the passage, it's talking about Jacob and Esau.... does any one besides me think that I'm probably taking that verse out of context?

We might get to go either this summer or the next. All my siblings want to go down to Texas to see our cousins, but I want to see the Ark soooooo bad!!! Not to mention Churchill Downs and other "boring horse stuff" as my city-slickin siblings put it

question?

When does God listen to our prayers and when will He not?
Well, sometimes it depends on what we are praying for. If we ask God "God, please help me to rob this bank and steal lots of money," He will obviously say "no." But if we are asking for something good, such as, "God, please heal my sick relative," there is a significantly bigger chance that He will say "yes."
There's a verse somewhere that says something like, if there is sin in your heart, God will say no... I can't remember the reference though

I'll edit it in when I find it.

Matthew 21:22
And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
John14:14
If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
James 4:3
Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.

Matthew 7:7
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

James 1:6-8
6) But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
7) For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
8) A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.
