Help with cypress vine aka humming bird vine

I jad a friend gave me some cuttings off her vine brought it home planted it and it died, so I ordered some mixed cypress seeds soaked them in water suppose to be 24 hrs forgot about them 3 days now they sprouting in water, should I leave them in water, put them in a pot? The ground, or what should I do? I havent ever grew these but think they beautiful any input will help.
 
If you leave them in the water very long, they will rot. I'd take them out, and carefully plant them, being sure to keep the planting medium very moist, never let the seedlings dry out between removing from water and planting them. I have no idea what these plants are, but that would be general instructions I'd give for any seed that germinated in water.
