We're blessed to have you here @PINOAK RIDGE .Sorry to hear your duck is ill. I agree with Miss Lydia. "Best always to seek Vet care if at all possible." Especially, since he appears to have multiple issues going on at the same time. A veterinarian can diagnose the illness and prescribe the appropriate antibiotic and dosage, if needed. If the wrong antibiotic or dosage is administered, it will cause a delay in care, can harm the duck, help create "superbugs" that in future will be resistant to antibiotics and more.
