Hi, my pekin duck has gotten sick in the past few days. The area around his eyes is wet and he has small bubbles in them. He is also tripping and falling a lot. Here are some pictures. Does anyone know what to do?

I don't see the typical scab associated with bumblefoot. Is he limping?
The eye issue could very well be sinus. Are his nares(nostrils) clear or are they packed with junk? Does he have a area to completely submerge his head to clean his nares? Any sneezing or snotty nose? And gasping or problems breathing?

I am thinking head infection - could be involving the eye and the ear, and that may affect balance.
Do you have a vet who can prescribe antibiotics? For the foamy eye (which is early infection), drop mild saline solution into the eyes a few times a day for several days. But if it has gotten ahead of you, then oral or injectable antibiotics may be needed. The duck may be stumbling because the infection is getting ahead of you (that means it has become somewhat advanced).
Best would be to get help and start antibiotics, I think.

@Duckmeister1 you have gotten excellent information, start treating asap so you don't lose your Pekin.
Best always to seek Vet care if at all possible.

Sorry to hear your duck is ill. I agree with Miss Lydia. "Best always to seek Vet care if at all possible." Especially, since he appears to have multiple issues going on at the same time. A veterinarian can diagnose the illness and prescribe the appropriate antibiotic and dosage, if needed. If the wrong antibiotic or dosage is administered, it will cause a delay in care, can harm the duck, help create "superbugs" that in future will be resistant to antibiotics and more.

Aww thank you Miss Lydia. That is very kind to say. Seems like you have doing a wonderful job here for quite some time. You seem like a "go to" gal for many poultry issues. Unfortunately, my online time is quite limited due to our careers and pets, but I'm always glad to help and share my experiences.
Being retired helps. I have time for my Pets and BYC!! and of course my DH. I couldn't do it with out him.
