I have 6 foot tank in my conservatory, just got some tropicals in it, I once thought of going saltwater but never got round to it.
Over the years I've had various setups, I still have my old 2 and 3 foot tanks in the garage (empty), they are taking up space I keep saying I will get rid of them, but it's like if I do something will happen to the big tank I will be stuck lol.
I had a garden pond once with cold water fish, at the time I didn't have a proper fence round my garden, one day I looked out the window and 3 kids were there with a net and a bucket taking the fish. They came back again when I was at work and took the lot, so I filled the pond in.
I've had a few fish disasters too, white spot, sudden deaths, Loaches escaping, leaking tanks, algae, snails and probably some I forgot to mention.
