Let me start by introducing myself This is my first post and Im so thrilled to finally be a part of this group I own and opperate a wildlife refuge and we get in an array of wildlife where we rescue, rehabilitate and release. I also have rescue chickens that live the remaining of their lives with us on our farm, aswell as my other beautiful chickens. Now I have a question that hopefully I'll be able to figure out. I had a rescue peahen egg brought into me after the mothers nest was destroyed aswell as eggs except this one egg. She did not sit back on it. So I have it with me now and put it straight into my incubator. My problem is now that I have no idea how ld the egg is. I have candled and the egg is fertile. I will need to know when to put in lockdown? My incubator isnt automatic so I have to tun them myself.
