Duck feed

It's supposed to be probiotic bacteria (like in yogurt) that make it ferment. The ducks seem to like it, but I can't make it grow in this cold weather!
As to the original question, pellets seem to me better than crumble, because ducks tend to mess. I don't wanna know what would happen if I gave mine crumbles. Probably crumbles everywhere :D

That is very true. I don't want to even give the pigeons crumble.
 
Well, I think it helps them digest it after its been soaked a bit. And it saves them from having to run back and forth to the water bowl to get those dry sticky crumbles down their throats.
