hi I am new here! i have a 5 month old plymouth rock hen (it hasnt layed it's first egg yet), its comb started to get floppy and paler 2 days ago and today its just worse i dont know if this is because it's dehydrated or because it will lay an egg soon but I am very worried. it is still as naughty as usually but seem a little bit more tierd. :(

Please any coments or suggestions or experiences are welcome!:p

Could be a lot of things. Hens who are not laying tend to have paler combs and wattles. Don't know where you are but if it is winter there that could be one reason. If she is acting tired though, she could have worms. If you don't deworm your flock on a regular basis, you should be. use a broad spectrum dewormer.

The pale comb is a sign of dehydration. As mentioned, it could be something else, too. Is she acting normal? How is her poop? I'd recommend putting some vitamins and electrolytes in her water. You could give her some melon as well. It wouldn't hurt to scramble her up some eggs either.
 
she's acting as normal, she still runs and plays with the other chickens and is noisier than before, and her poop is normal too. its really just the pale color that has changed

I do hope that your hen is OK.
