When do Wyandottes start laying

I have 2 Wyandotte hens. A Silver Pencil Lace and a Blue Laced Red. I got them when they were 12 weeks old. They are now 26 weeks old. The pencil laced has developed her rose comb and wattles. The Blue Laced Red still only has tiny wattles and no sign of any type of comb. Just wondering when they should start laying??? I'm in Australia and its been pretty hot the last few weeks. Lots of 30 plus days. Could this be delaying their laying?

Were your birds sourced from production stock lines (hatchery, feed store, etc) or from a breeder who is producing exhibition stock birds? How certain was the source of their age? Even a difference of a week or two in estimated age can make a world of difference.
