Bad experience with a tub plucker manufacturer.

At the risk of violating any terms of use of the forum, I thought it important to share email that I received from a tub plucker manufacturer in Ohio (will remain unnamed unless allowed).

On their website, I inquired about the country of manufacture below is the thread. Of course it is in reverse order. My first inquiry is at the bottom. I have xxx out the identifying email addresses:

I am so sick and tired of buying Chinese made crap that fails and breaks. Especially metal parts. It is well known fact that Chinese metals are inferior as hell.
I for one will gladly pay way more for quality american made products that last.

I think it is important Americans know where their products come from. Which is one of the major motivators for raising your own chickens is it not.

Companies that do not respect that do not get my business.

I agree. That is something you might think but don't say; it's rather unprofessional. Of course, you may or may not be able to judge the company based on that individual's attitude.
