I have 4 two week old chickens. One seems to be hiding in the corner all hunkered down while the others are mingling and pecking about. She will get up to eat and I think she is drinking. I am keeping their brooder between 87-90 and out of drafts. I have been putting apple cider vinegar in their water and am giving them medicated feed. Is she ok?? I am worried.

Sounds a little warm for 2 week old chicks. They need a warm spot and lots of cool space so they can find their comfort zone.

How is the ventilation?

Probiotics would be helpful.

You are right to be concerned as this is not normal behavior for a happy, healthy chick. How long has she been behaving like this? Your temp seems a bit high -- but that depends on your brooder setup and whether that is the temperature at the floor level/directly under the heat or if you are temping up near the heat source or if it is the temperature in the entire brooder. That being said, as the other chicks are not showing similar signs of distress I would not consider this to be a temperature only issue - temperature can still a contributor but it still seems this one chick is otherwise compromised.
*I* would consider isolation for her for two reasons - it protects her from potential harm from the more active chicks and it protects the other chicks from further exposure to her should she be suffering from something communicable. Isolation also allows you to provide more intensives care directly to this one bird. Putting her in isolation will also allow you to monitor her fecal output as that is going to be an important clue in sorting out what may be causing her distress

I was told to put some sugar in the water and I added electrolytes. I will bring the temp down. That is the temp under the light and I have a shaded area at the back. The sick one seems to stay where it is warmer. I also was told to try antibiotics.

Thank you for your suggestions. The 90 degrees is under the lamp. They are in a tupperware bin and I have provided shade at the back. She seems to hang out under the light though. I have added sugar and electrolytes to the water, also using apple cider vinegar. She gets up and eats and has normal poops.

You are shooting in the dark by giving antibiotic IMO. How much vinegar are you putting in the water? I would not put vinegar in the water along with the electrolytes. do one or the other, and no matter what you do, be sure they have the option of drinking plain water without anything in it.

Personally, I'd not bother. Any thing she may have, if it's contagious, the rest of the chicks have already been exposed to. As long as they are not trampling her, I'd leave well enough alone. She may be failure to thrive.

I sometimes put a sweetener in the water for energy but only the first day or two - whether that be sugar, honey or agave nectar.
Once they are 2 weeks old and have been eating, that seems unnecessary. They still need a spot about 80F. If I do use a smaller container for a handful of chicks, I just continually raise the heat source.
I certainly wouldn't give antibiotics. First of all, you have no idea what you are treating for. Baby chicks in your house aren't likely to have been exposed to a bacteria that can be cured with antibiotics.
