Chick of wild red jungle fowl

I had a Jungle fowl hen a long time ago. The hens are not as colorful as the roosters. I cant keep roosters where I live. I will follow this thread and see your updates as your chick keeps growing. They are know to be excellent flyers.

I forgot to add that ! Tiny as the chick was, that little bugger could fly. All we could do was to hold on to the feet during the photoshoot. The moment we let go, that bugger flew off to the mom behind the car, about 20 feet rise and 80 feet away. The the chick dropped and ran off behind the mummy.

I am afraid this thread actually ended last week. That chick must have flew off or ran off to his/her brethen in the secondary forests next to the farm. So no updates will be possible. Sorry for the buzz of excitment , good only when it lasted.
