Heavy breathing! Please help!

From all of this does anyone know why this happened, or what it was? Our vets were unsure of what it was. And only bought her about another week.

It might not be a good idea anyways. The only vets that deal with chickens are closed today and the ER vet are very expensive.

Of course it's up to you, but if you think it could effect the other birds, it would be a good idea to have done. Otherwise maybe you can narrow it down to something in her environment that could have poisoned her. Or perhaps something she was ingesting getting lodged in her throat or crop. Didn't you say the vet dislodged something from her throat at one point? What was it?

No we are not sure if she did dislodge something. Also she started gasping for air yesterday and the vet gave us new meds. 3am she was gasping frantically and she starting going crazy. She was losing oxygen. My mom says that also can happen when people have heartattacks. Or that was her dead and her nervousystem. I held her until she stopped but i also tried cpr but it had no effects.

Also its very hot and humid here so if i wait to bring her to the vet she'll be decomposing. Shes already starting to smell. R.I.P my lady Penelope my poor baby.

Here is one of her pics from when she was way smaller.
And another from a few days ago.
Shes on the right.
