Hen pecking rooster

Can someone help hen has pecked most my roosters heckel feathers in I've already put no peck lotion not sure what more to do !!

Isolate hen for a period of time and then when reintroduced, she will be at the bottom of pecking order as a newcomer.
 
As of now I only have the hen and the rooster in a pen and she plucked a lot of feathers all take her out and isolate her how many days should I keep her by her self ?
 
How old is the rooster? I would release them both from the pen and let them mingle with the rest of the flock. If your plan was to mate them, it obviously isn't going to work any time soon.
 
I did not know you only have 2 chickens. Just try to separate them by maybe putting some kind of screen between them. Your rooster must be a non aggressive bird, or very young to take abuse like that. There is a possibility of trimming the top portion of hens beak to keep injuries at minimum. I would do that only as a LAST RESORT. It also impedes somewhat hens ability to eat well.
 
Then they need to be separated. The roo is actually termed a cockerel at that age and does not have the requisite skills to convince the hen that he is mate-material. If you have no other means to keep them separate, then get rid of the cockerel. They should be have a harem of at least 8 hens. I would never consider beak-trimming, rather improve my management practices.

I would definitely separate them for a time. Right now you have the equivalent of a teenage boy in with a middle aged woman. She's treating him as the bird on the bottom of the pecking order, which he is. Give him a chance to grow up a bit. May I ask if you have this pair for mating reasons? If you aren't looking to hatch and raise chicks, you may want to consider finding him a new home and getting another hen.
