Neither are allowed. I really don't see them changing deed restrictions. The POA Management is irregular - sometimes sending out a bunch of letters for the least infraction and sometimes ignoring real issues. Actually it is democracy at its worst. The unofficial neighborhood blog site which includes a broad group of subdivisions ends up being a place to air grievances.
