Looking for Easter Egger Chicks in Houston Area

Neither are allowed. I really don't see them changing deed restrictions. The POA Management is irregular - sometimes sending out a bunch of letters for the least infraction and sometimes ignoring real issues. Actually it is democracy at its worst. The unofficial neighborhood blog site which includes a broad group of subdivisions ends up being a place to air grievances. My immediate neighbors are awesome of the 8 surrounding 3 also have chickens.

Do you know that if your POA or HOA ignores "infractions" over a period of time and then tried to issue a citation for said infraction....one can protest it and it can legally change the restrictions to do away with that "rule"...
I need to refer back to the law book for the exact wording....I'll look it up for you.
