Chicago Chicken Ban ON HOLD

FarmerMack, it's been illegal to raise pigeons in residential areas of Chicago for about 4 years now. In fact, the proposal was to amend the ordinance currently banning pigeon keeping in residential areas to also include live chickens.
 
I have no doubt they will have pictures of dirty sickly looking chickens in nasty homes.
So you better take some good ones to offset that image.

GOOD LUCK!!! I thought it was crazy when I heard about it on the news. There are potential problems with keeping any animals. Ban bad actions, not the animals.
 
Well this story was back on Fox News again, this time they had someone named Sue and her three chickens. She was going with the pet angle and was well spoken. Of course Fox News said the ban on policticians, oops chickens went into effect already
