i'm a newbie too. lucky for me i've had a very good experience on BYC and i hang out here a lot now because i'm a little addicted to it.

I would like to ask you if you could please when you post use capital letters and don't double space and use correct punuctuation, it makes your posts very difficult to read the way you are posting now.

i am who i am .. and sorry for that . capitals is like yelling to me .. hard to read ?? sorry for all the miss spelling .. sounds like my sister now . use spell checker .. lol punucations lol if your lucky ..

im not runin away . was more confused and still lil is hasnt stoped me from posting . for those looking in to it i post in hatching even know i had a hatch today and didnt post .. i posted pics ducks and sale and i read alot and post to the ones who have hatches .

Lannabun - glad to hear you're not going anywhere and I am happy you posted so others who may not realize can see that words can harm sometimes. I hope every one takes this post and thinks about what they say "in words" to others on forums. We are here to help each other and educate. Without the support of each other, where would many of us be with our birds. Think of all of the sick, injured, moults, first eggs and new babies hatching and so on...we rely on each other for support, advice and guidance, especially when we are new. We have the biggest chicken support group in the world very likely and it's great to be a part of it. Please don't let a few words take that away from you. There are a hundred times as many supportive people for each single negative comment.

As many have already mentioned, if there is an issue with email and pm, please notify us. Send examples. Any inappropriate use of these tools through this forum will not be tolerated. I know we are all here for the purpose of learning and teaching and we'll continue to work to keep that wonderful atmosphere in place.
