I agree with those posting above, Southern. Really, there have been good helpful points made and advice given. Do you have to take the advice? No. Can you? If you want.
But you did ask and unless a person asking about something on the internet is going to post a list of what they don't want to hear when asking for opinions, they just need to look at what they are given with a clear head and no emotion.
