who is right DH or mom??

In this case It dosen't matter who is right. You still need to take a rest for a few days if you're sick or tired.

If you take a few days off and you feel better you can tell DH he was right.

If you take a few days off and don't get sick you can tell MOM she was right and getting rest cured you!

man I hate the thought of telling DH he was right I will NEVER hear the end of it lol but I really hope I am not coming down with something either

if I were pregnant DH and my mom would be so happy- they would also be very confused since I have been " spade " for almost 9 years LOL
no I really think I am coming down with something as the day goes on I am really feeling like poo ( change that word to one that fits better lol )
DH called from work and he is starting to feel bad also.

All 3 of my kids have this..starts with headache then cough, fever, aches, head congestion. Had 2 kids at the doctor yesterday, he said the cough will last for weeks, nothing much to do about it except treat the symptoms with decongestants and cough suprressants. I'm using delsym, clariton D, motrin, vicks vapor rub and a vaporizer.
 
oh no sounds like the yuck I have been fighting for 2 weeks. Started the same way but it turned into a sinus infection and I have been in bed for days. Get some rest and drink lots of fluids. Turn the vaporizer on and relax. The colds this years seem particularly bad. They seem to linger on forever too.
 
sounds like both to me. This is the first time I have been on here since Friday cause we have the crude (thats what we call the flu or this stuff). It started with my dd then my son Monday and then yesterday it hit me like a ton of bricks. Its not like the flu I have had before but worse in a way. The school may have to close here because there was 58 absent from elemetary, over 50 out form JH and High (there is only a little over 800 students in all three schools). Well getting really tired so yall take care.
 
crud is about the best thing to call this - my headache is getting worse and the coughing has to be the worst ever -i have done it so often and hard that my ribs/sides hurt. Last night I got up several times to cough my head off and than I got a bloody nose, so sleep was not going to happen for me - this is worse than any cold I have had. and now DH is starting to feel like a truck hit him, just about everyone at his work is sick or dieing LOL

i have been taking Mucinex DM , nyquil - heck just about the whole meds dept of wal*mart is on my bathroom counter - nothing seems to help
