Crippled Foot? Please Help!!!

She had a prolapsed vent, and swollen abdomen in addition to her crooked toes
 
I tried the duct-tape-method. I think it's working a little bit, but she doesn't seem to want to pull that leg under her when she lies down. Could that be because it scratches at her stomach?

I cant lay them flat without possibly breaking them. I've tried heat massage to lay them flat, but they wont budge. he/she walks on them still, all clawed up.
