Is it bad to have someone walk/step on your back?

Everyone in our house has their back adjusted by a chiropracter on a regular basis...I no longer have chronic back pain, my breathing greatly improved, we no longer have chronic ear infections in the kids and the pediatrician wanted surgery. I luvvvvv being adjusted. There are fab and bad chiro's just like there are good and bad docs, attorneys, nurses, plumbers etc.

My 7 y/o walked on my sore back/butt/thighs just this morning. Farm livin' is rough on the bod! But, I wouldn't give it up!

I walked on my fathers back until I reached 100 lbs, now he just braces against the counter and place my hand on his upper back and lift, boy does it pop!
He doesn't have back problems, but he was born with a curvature, and his father too.

Anyone remember George Jefferson?

I've had my kids walk on my back for 20+ yrs. now and I don't think it's damaged my back at all. It just pops it and relieves the pressure a bit. The kids love to go "surfing" on my back!

I have my kids walk on my back all of the time. Now that my oldest is too big to walk on it- they have become amazing at adjusting me with their hands.
