what breeds can be feathered and color sexed?

can any one tell me what breeds can be feathered sexed?  and is feather sexing easy and pretty accurate?
are their any chickens that can be color sexed other then the hybrids?

Feather sexing is not necessarily tied to breed, but more about how the parent stock is bred.  That is explained well in the link that was posted. 

Barred rock is one I can think of that is not a hybrid and can be color sexed.

Breeds: Lavender, Buff, Black and White Orpington & Tufted Rumpless Araucana (lavender, white and nonstandard colors)

Okay - I am a new chicken momma ( very new ) ... and I really am trying to learn as much as I can, so forgive this question ( that I am sure everyone but me knows ) .. What the heck is feathed sexing ???

Chicks are everywhere! Barred Rock, Buff Orpington, Dark and Light Brahma , Silkies,BLRW, Barnevelder and hopefully some Wheaten Amerucana's....

Ah ha! That is the secret to the Legbars then!

Cream Legbars are not yet in the US, but they can be color sexed at hatching as well. I think these are a few of the only purebreds that can be color sexed right off, most are sex-link hybrids.
