Anybody else regret their initial coop design?

I really like how our coop works for our 5 birds. It's situated in trees with the window facing south and about 2.5 ft off the ground. The only thing I might change is to extend the 4x8 run another couple of feet. Of course I want more chickens but I don't really want to do a lot more work so this is working out great.

My "Hog Feeder" coop (See my BYC page) is going to get a makeover this spring. First and foremost is that I will be getting it up off the ground. Water runs in the people door and out the pop door. Not nice. Also having it on the ground was a nasty invitation to rodents. Also not nice. It will get a new roof...replace those old wooden shingles, and a paint job.

Let me start by saying my brother and I (mostly him) are still designing our coop(s), but even last night a few potential tweeks were made to the design. So I can't say form experience, but from what I've read, if you have a small yard on a suburban plot, then you may run into toxicity of the land from a static run. The biggest contribution I've made was in adding wheels and lightening the materials list to make it semi-portable.
