Question about California White Chickens

Thread Starter

I would like to get a few white egg hens into my flock,  Does anyone have any info on the California Whites?   From what i gather are they similar to the Red Sexed link in production and hybred vigor, with out the sexed link color and white eggs of course lol.  If anyone has any info I would really appreciate it!

Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday.

I have two of them. My favorite girl and head hen is Spot. Her "sister" is Spot's Sister affectionately called SS. She started laying in July last Summer and she was hatched March 29. She is loud at times but will come to me. She was the boldest and smartest of the chicks who lived in my kitchen until feathered. She would get out of the brooder box and walk around the floor while I prepped their food and then jump back in to eat. Love her to bits. Did not stop laying through the coldest days in Chicago this winter. I have a mixed flock and she is friendly to the others. I would get them again. I think these chicks are feather sexed.
