202 eggs total, 99% small pullet eggs that I haven't been able to sell to my regular customers.
Sometimes I wonder why I got chickens in the first place!!

Now time to go get EVERY POT IN THE HOUSE and hard boil these babies up, it's deviled egg time!!

Cats Critters has a great idea there. Give some away as a promotional tool. Tell people that your girls are just getting warmed up and that you will have much bigger eggs for sale very soon if they would be interested.

It isn't so much about the size (while that is an inconvenience for sure) - as a rule, we do not sell pullet eggs due to the higher incidence rate of blood spots and other defects. Our customers, while they love our normal large multi-colored packs, are not used to farm eggs as we are and tend to get a little spooked when something is 'wrong'.

It's just easier to hold onto them all and have 'mass cooking weekends' and then share the eggs that way.

Honesty is the best policy. There are a lot of people that know about blood spots in eggs. Label them as such. There's nothing wrong with the eggs. Just a little creapy to see the bloodspots.

Not 'complaining', just having a light-hearted gripe with other chicken owners. Like I said above, it's going to be deviled egg time soon - and if being able to 'age' the eggs before a mass-peeling session is the worst thing about my day then I'd say I'm living a pretty fantastic life!
