Probably not much....what kind do you have? Some breeds just grow a lot slower than others.

Protein lol
I have heard you can increase the growth rate of pullets relative to their breed by feeding high protein feed, but not without a downside. I read that this early maturation can lead to problems throughout the hens reproductive life, like egg binding and prolapse.
Provide green lights in their coop - it increases their muscle mass.

Caponze roosters. Or grow cornish x
Mealworms, Scrambled eggs, and 22% protein starter will deffinately help in putting on some healthy growth. However bigger is not always better.
Caponizing the cockerels will make them grow like Cornishx... assuming that's what you want.
I've heard of extra protein, but never green lights...can't wait to hear more...
