Proper name is Italian for the ones with dark brown stripes in the feathers.... manchurian is for entirely light colored (No dark coloring)

ETA: Fixed dumb mistake. No more late night coffee!

The Manchurian is the light colored and the Italian has more markings... The Manchurian is homozygous for the fawn mutation whereas the Italian is heterozygous.
 
I have a pair of golden Coturnix quail... They have been successfully producing beautiful chicks .. Different colors this picture is the babies that hatched out yesterday ... The 2 week. Old that I'm holding in my hand is one of there babies...
