Hatching Eggs By The Moon Thread - Page 16

I am not going to be able to wait for December to set more eggs. Hatch on!:-D

Can someone describe for me how to figure out the set/hatch dates, I'm trying to understand the fruitful dates etc

There are "fruitful days" between the full and new moons...the dates are listed in a farmer's almanac...I'm not sure exactly how it's figured out!

Do you set or hatch on fruitful dates. Hatch if the word fruitful means abundance and such

Do you have the dates for the whole year of 2012?  PLEASE?

Llewellyn's 2012 Moon Sign Book is available for "preview," online. (different pages on different sites)  I found some of the pages with dates for "fruitful," but not all of them. Those are the ones missing here.....

Omigosh, I wasn't even trying, and I set my eggs right on schedule! THey're supposed to hatch today/tomorrow.  Go me!

Kathy, I have the missing dates, but I figured them out myself from this website. I also looked at all the dates you have listed and some of them are not right on with the moon's signs (or the fruitful signs.)  Please forgive my lack of technical terms.

Also, based on the fruitful dates under the waxing moon, the very best dates to hatch on are only about twice a month.

BTW:  I thought I would share this little story with you.  My husband asked me what I was doing.  I replied, "I am figuring out the best dates of the year to hatch eggs, based on the lunar cycle and the planets locations.  Yep, sounds absolutely CRAZY!
