Based on the fact that one is quacking AND peeping, I'm going to agree that 3-4 weeks is a much better estimate of age than 9 weeks. By 9 weeks, babies are doing one or the other, not both. I'm also going to guess that the people who hate animals, think hatching is disgusting (REALLY?? wow), and can't even keep track of how long they've had the ducklings have NO CLUE whether they are male or female and were lying through their teeth to get them sold.
So, time will tell whether you get lucky or not. Hopefully, you'll at least have two girls. It would make a GORGEOUS trio.
