Sexing Parakeets? *UPDATED pics*

Hello, I really am curious as to what sexes my parakeets are. Thanks for looking

First here is my youn green and yellow I got from a pet store. If it helps to know this, these pictures are several months old and this parakeets cere is a lot more blue now. It's about four months old in these pictures (give or take a couple weeks):

This is a much older bird at about 9 years old, my Grandmother gave it to me and I still have no clue what sex it is:

You sex parakeets by the little patch above the beak. That's called a cere and males and females have different color ones.

The yellow/green is a male... the white/blue a female. (i think!)

They do look a lot alike. And I would love a clumber, they are so cute!

I took more updated pictures of my birds today. My green/yellow is about six months old and the white/blue is about 9-ish years old. I would still like more conformation of sex:

Wasabi is the Green and Chi-chi is the white one....

green is still female starting to get a brown cere blue ones still male recessive pieds don't get blue ceres
