The aquarium for a small indoor quail coop is a really good idea!!!! Which one is the male and which is the female? My coturnix Poppy, Pansy and Pumpkin my first quail live an a old dog crate and my younger ones live in an old rubbermade tub I put window screening my younger ones hit their heads on the screening, but it doesn't hurt them much. You may want to consider covering the enclosure at night if possible. My pair of buttons live indoors in a 30 gallon aquarium and I cover them at night. Do your quail have plenty on hiding places like foliage, bark, etc? My buttons, Beau and Lila say "hi".
