Rhode Island Red - Hen or Rooster?

They are 7 weeks old. Personnality...well the reds are the most outgoing ones, not scared of anything (first to run out the coop door and explore outside, first to go over and visit our mature birds and get pecked at by the top hen, hehe, etc.), and the most curious I guess. And althought they are smaller then our Barred Rock chicks that are the same age, do not shy away from anything, will stand toe to toe with our biggest rooster. One is all red and the other is all red with greenish feather coming in around the neck and in the tail feathers.

The other chicks in backround respect the hen, little red goes right in there and steals her worm, haha.

This is the one with the green...but can't really tell from the picture.

This is exactly my RIR, Polly. She is always running first out of their temporary coop. They have to run around the car and out the garage door, but she always makes it out the door first!

. Does this 12 week old RIR look like a hen or rooster? We got it 11 weeks ago and thought it was a hen, but now we're not so sure. We're not allowed to have a rooster where we live.

New to chickens. My RIRs are 7 wks old and I'm praying they're hens!!! I just made a 4hr round trip to pick up an Americauna rooster (is he ever pleasant!). He's about a month older than our girls, but with the "Americaunas", I can't tell with them either.
