my dads cat can catcth a full grown rabbit hes roughly 9 and 22 lbs (yea i know hes over wight we tried to put him on a diet but showed his "affection" for us by murdering a live rabbit at making the basement a bloodbath) but that cat can catch every thing fom a rabbit to a ciccada (thats how he gained his wieght) that is five feet pluse in the air and boy can that cat run when he hears the ciccadas...... dont rule out a domestic house cat they like dogs kill for the thrill not for the meat.
