When will the roosters crow?

I've got some EE's that I'm pretty sure are roosters. They're definitely mixed breeds as some have feathered legs and five toes. Voices are starting to change, and they are nearing 7 weeks old. Too soon to be hearing a crow?
 
I have one rooser that stared crowing at 5 1/2 weeks and then at 6 weeks another. It seemed early to me but I am not sure the average. I am still suspicious some other chickens of mine are roosters but havent crowed yet. They are 8 weeks now.
