Hi All, I haven't posted in this thread in a long time, but I love reading it! I'm finally ready to graduate from water bath to pressure canning, woohoo! I'm looking at the All American canners - you all have convinced me they are worth it
For size - The 21 quart - holds 19 pints and 7 quarts is $219
The 30 quart - holds 19 pints and 14 quarts is $280
Is there any reason not to get the bigger one? I feel like if i'm spending that much money I might as well get the one that will cut my time canning down significantly. Even if I'm doing a smaller batch I can still just use the larger one, correct? Any thoughts from you seasoned veterans is much appreciated.
