So I have thick cream in a jar and am rolling it. It became whipped cream very quickly within a few minutes. Now it separated to buttermilk and a congealed ball of thick stuff.
But it does not seem quite as thick as butter yet. More like thick whipped cream. Also it is not yellow but white. Am I doing anything wrong?
