Chimerism maybe?
Thanks for the pics! He does look male on both sides, I don't know what the name is for it. Half male and half female is  gynandromorphy, not sure what both male is. A few years ago someone on here had a rooster that was frizzled on one side, smooth feathered on one side, with the sides also being different colors if I recall. Sometimes they can have different colored legs, or a muff/beard only on one side, etc. He's quite the looker, are you able to keep a rooster?

Cedar City Chicks, you have a very pretty EE there!

CCCCCHickens- I didn't know hens can get spurs too!

donrae- Yes, we live out in the country in a rural residential area on two acres, ordinance allows 50 chickens per acre where we are.

Let me ask this...he hasn't made any noise but a "peeping" sound. Would it also be possible he may not crow if he is a "half and half"? If such a bird exists, do they fertilize eggs ever or are they asexual?

If he's male on both halves, you'd think he would crow and mate and be fertile, but I'm really not sure. You might just have a pretty yard ornament/conversation piece!
