I just found out they do not allow livestock. So I researched the code and it says...
“fowl (such as chickens and turkeys) shall be stabled or housed in buildings at least 100 feet from any lot line.”
I only have a 201.81 by 80 by 268.18 by 133.34 lot. I can not comply with this law.
Could I argue in court that it says (STABLED) or (HOUSED IN BUILD>>>ETC) and say that they are stabled since they put or in there instead of and?
