Newcomer to Fallbrook, CA and to Chickens - Page 2

Hi!!  I'm in Fallbrook as well!  Be sure you ponder ground squirrels, they are in my coops all the time eating the food and the eggs.  Someone mentioned hawks, you mentioned coyotes, then there are bobcats as well.

Breeder of Dutch bantams, Wyandotte bantams, and a few exhibition rabbits.

Feel free to ask me questions about chicken and rabbit care, breeds, and showing! I'm always happy to help!

Nature's first green is gold,

Her hardest hue to hold.

Her early leaf's a flower

But only so an hour.

Then leaf subsides to leaf.

So Eden sank to grief,

So dawn goes down to day.

Nothing gold can stay. --Robert Frost
