I tried to pm you . ..do you have any silkies available at the moment or in the near future?

well i'm in NW Indiana and am looking for a breeder to sell me chicks. looking for good egg layers mainly, good foragers and cold hardy are a plus too. i want to avoid inhumane hatcheries and dont mind straight run chicks, though i'm mainly looking for hens to lay. if you are a breeder or know one in northern Indiana please let me know.

I only have Silkie cockerels to see right now, I will be selling chicks in the Spring. I have Blacks, Blues and a few Whites. I have some Paint Silkie cockerels, haven't figured out what I am going to do with them yet.

You breed a lot of what I'm interested in. I have nankins of my own about 12 as of now, single comb, and I may be interested in getting another pair or trying Rose comb. I have been looking for single comb RIR bantams for quite some time, but haven't found anyone that I must buy from. Do you raise penciled, blue, or black runners? I started with hatchery quality birds but have since sold off most of my hatchery birds, except my favorites, and began raising and breeding just exhibition. I also have show quality silkies and it would be awesome if I could add new blood line into my program. Could you please pm me prices and possibly pictures of the breeds I mentioned. Also do you go to the central Indiana poultry show? I would like to meet up there

I have Black and Penciled Runners as well as Whites. I will send you some prices. I am planning to go to the Central In show at is time. I won't be able to stay the whole day so I can't show there. I can send you some pics. Most of my older birds are in a molt now so they don't look too great.
