from the picture, it doesn't look too bad, I would worry more about you shaking the egg. If you shook it too vigorously, you ruined any chance of hatching it and you ended up with a scrambled egg... you never shake an egg you plan to hatch.
He refused to work with me on it. I disputed it and ebay sided with me and refunded my money. It was very thoroughly bad on the inside. I bought 6 eggs total on ebay, 5 werent fertile and the sixth was only half grown when I busted it open at 65 days. i may never get my emus. :-(
