This sounds weird but my family swears by it. Fry some onions until they are soft, put them in a dish towel and fold the dish towel enough to keep the onions in. Rub some vicks on your chest and then pin the dish towel with the onions in it inside your shirt, up against your chest. Or you can lay down to keep them against your chest. Not sure of the length of time you should do this because we do it before bed and go to sleep that way. Stinks to high heaven. I just noticed the post about you not having any vicks. I'm sure it will work without it.

The little coop is finally finished.I put the silkie in it and the two ISA Browns.The window isn't in but he can do that later.we worked out in this heat from 9 am till 1pm to get it ready for the hens.i'll take pics later when it cools off some.
