twist, those eyes !!! beautiful. and i bet very smart . did her pups carry the same look?
 
yes Lean against her. She was the one who would climb up ladders and then go down the slide with my neice and nephew. She had over 6 pounds of cancerous mass removed when the vet did the mastickme. She was a few days short of 10 when I had to have her put down . the cancer was growing faster then the blood flow could keep up with. I latter found out that out of that litter of 8 at least 3 died of cancer right around the 10 year mark, I didn't breed lena as the paperwork from the breeder was all screwed up.

yes very very smart. and she knew how to use those eye's to try to get what she wanted. She also had a stick fetish When the builders were repairing/replacing the parts of the motel lost in the fire she would sit under the table saws just waiting for a piece of wood to fall.

so sorry, is that an average life span ? I had thouth to look that up for star but i chickened out. she is about 9 i think. wish i could clone her.

for spingers it is 12 to 14 and I would think cockers about the same maybe a little longer as they are a smaller breed. But with cockers make sure they don't get to fat and they do have a tendancy to get that way as they get older.
