Call Animal Control and give them a description. They may already have other complaints.......
And I thought I was having a bad day.
so sorry for your loss tippy
its not nice to witness something like that
a pal of mine had a real bad dog attacking his cat
he soaked a sponge in gravy and gave it to the dog
i am not saying you should do that
I'm still so pizzed off I may do that!
Much as I would like to take credit for the idea, it wasn't me! The only hatching I've done is in a broodybator. Probably camping. Easy to get us -ings confused!
I can drive about 12 hours in a day, but only for one day. Couldn't do it the next. Trouble is I don't sleep well anywhere but home, and even then, "well" is a relative term, so I would be falling asleep at the wheel.
Now that is an excellent idea!!
And little dogs are far more annoying because of the high pitch. A big low woof doesn't bother me nearly as much as high pitched yapping! Same with the chickens. My rooster, Mo, is less than a pound. 13 ounces of manly bantamness! He doesn't crow all that much, thankfully.
2,340 miles to Portland from Madison, so about the same. 34 hours total. And you would be taking granny's chickens because.....??
Should have been more clear - meant how far from you to Portland.....you know, I could pack up Granny's chickens and haul them out there with us when we move then you would just have to drive to Oregon to get them, lol.
feel like Im walking into a hornets nest.
@enola I know it was your idea, thats why I am doing it. I forgot about the 1/2 degree. I will try. No dehumidifier but what about some rice in there ??
Mare, Great idea on the chickens !!
Tippy, so very sorry .
York, got another egg today, told GS put it in a basket til it could warm up to house temp. I guess my dog was watching every move he made. As soon as our backs were turned , crunch ! My fault.
