EE or Ameraucana, depending on if the breed standard is met when it is an adult[I think it is an EE though, it has some Polish traits like the big nostrils and a bit of crest, that suggest it is a mix, plus the breeder gave EE you or Araucana as options, not Ameraucana, he may have been confused but yeah.]
Definitely not an Araucana, they are rumpless and have ear tufts[poof under ears on the chick, not on the chin/cheeks], not muffs+beards.

So the breeder said it would be araucana or EE - since it is not an Aracauna it is an EE
